How would you describe the French approach to the details of a home?

I think it’s mixed, elegant. You can have something old with something very modern. It’s something Parisian. It’s something evident, elegant, eclectic. Modern and ancient. You don’t buy something because it will be nice with other things. You buy it because you like it, and it’s something special. You buy what you like, and everything goes very well and fits together. Voilà.
